#nyfw #streetstyle

In the run up to London Fashion Week/Plus Size Fashion Weekend/London Fashion Weekend-which I am well EXCITED about, I've decided to do a quick post about the street styles I'm loving at #nyfw/#mbfw Spring 2014.
These looks are dope right?!
Enjoy!

I'm loving bits and bots from all of these photos and there is no doubt that these beauties styled their outfits superbly!
As you can probably tell from the majority of the pictures-I'm a lover of the over-sized coat. It's is perfect for this brutal weather we are having, and whether you go minimal or extravagant under it, it works either way. I mean, at the end of the day, it's all about confidence! I recentently copped a red (and very heavy) one from a vintage fair for 3 quid! Happy days!
Additionally, you probably can't tell what my general style is from these pictures- that's because I don't have a general style. As I've said loads of times-if I like it, I'll wear it! Simples!

*Disclaimer* I took these pictures from all over the glorious world wide web! They are none of my own.

Until next time,

Grandma's vintage.

This blazer has not been featured on the blog since my first post! Funny, as I wear it, like, all the time. Anyways, I've had this blazer for years and will never tire of it. It was my grans. She had style alright! (this is one of many things I have of hers). It literally goes with anything, and if not, I just wear it anyways. Here, I decided to make it the show and pair it with an all black ensemble. I'm rocking my new skort from Primark- it's really cool. A smart pair of shorts basically. And my red beanie that I hardly wear- it makes the red from the rest of the outfit (and me lips) pop!

Jumpsuit and heels.

This jumpsuit is super comfy and so easy to wear.  I have worn it numerous times but it has to be said, it looks best when it's paired with heels. It just elevates you and turn this sports style into something more sophisticated I reckon. The jumpsuit is not a colour I would normally wear, but none the less, it's great when you don't want to make a loud statement (then again, I can style it and make the outfit 'loud' haha). I've had these heels from ASOS for like forever and a day now, and though they are high, they are really comfortable to walk in. It the buckle detailing that got me. You may be able to tell from the pictures but the weather was just not on my side- it was rainy, dark and windy- not fun. Still got to pose through it eh!
Oh, and how dope is this backdrop! Love the colours!

Cap- Primark.
Necklace- Topshop.
Rucksack- Primark.
Jumpsuit- TK Maxx.

I've got some AWESOME news to share: I've been featured on the website, 'The Bloggers' Lounge'! They did an interview with me about my blogging life to date. Check it out here.!

Shopcade's Bloggers Brunch at Bumpkin.

On Saturday I was invited to an intimate bloggers brunch with Shopcade at the lovely Bumpkin restaurant, in Notting Hill. It was a small, informal event allowing bloggers to meet other bloggers, speak to brand ambassadors and to just generally have a relaxing time. The main purpose of the afternoon was for Shopcade to get our opinions on new and upcoming features on their app. Now, if you haven't got the app, I suggest you download it now-think of it as an all things fashionable, shopable ig!
We were also treated to delicious lunch and deserts-the sticky toffee pudding was heavenly! And to top it all off, we were given a goody bag containing Topshop treats!
Thanks Shopcade for such a lovely, chilled afternoon xx

Five Guys.

Have you heard of Five Guys? Of course you have!
I recently went to the Five Guys in Leicester Square, with a friend and I have to say, I think it's the best burger and fries I've had at a London eatery! Seriously, everything was fresh and deliciously tasty. It was pleasantly surprising to see that they did not use any freezers on the premises, and the fact that 'little' fries and a 'little' cheeseburger, were really large portions that filled me right up!! I loved how the kicthen area was so open too, they have nothing to hid. Oh, and the food came foiled wrapped and in these brown American style grocery bags- soooo unique! Nice change from those diner red containers eh!
You can also picked up some free peanuts if you fancy!
It's a great hangout spot, hours can past before you realise haha. Just get there before it gets busy, you'll be waiting outside in the cold. But... it'll be worth it!
I'm looking forward to my next visit!
